If you are an artist or creator and are currently accepting commissions but are unaware of what, as an artist selling your service, protects you and your work from malpractice; this is important.    In this journal, I would like to touch down on a small number of subjects: Commission etiquette (as seen in the title), the legal rights of artists offering their creative services, and a public statement regarding an individual- who will remain anonymous.
